Pre-orders with Deposits Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order an item with us. We offer the option to pay a deposit for pre-orders, making it convenient for you to secure your desired products. Please review our pre-order policy below for more information:

1. Deposit Option:

  • You have the option to pay a small deposit instead of the full amount when pre-ordering an item. This allows you to secure your pre-order without paying the total cost upfront.
  • The deposit amount will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order.

2. Taxes, Shipping Costs, and Remaining Balance:

  • When the pre-ordered item becomes available, we will notify you via email with further instructions on how to pay the remaining balance.
  • The remaining balance will include taxes, shipping costs, and the outstanding amount of the item.

3. Payment Deadline:

  • You will have 7 business days from the date of the availability notification to make the full payment for your pre-order.
  • If the full payment is not received within the specified time, your pre-order will be automatically canceled.

4. Extending Payment Time:

  • If you require additional time to make the full payment, please contact our office at 407-703-3901 or email us at customercare@figopstoys.com to discuss the possibility of an extension.

5. Deposit Refund Policy:

  • Deposits made for pre-orders are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of the pre-order.
  • If you choose to cancel your pre-order before the 30-day period, you will be eligible for a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Store credit will be issued to your account within an hour of the cancellation.

6. Cancellation after 30 Days:

  • If you decide to cancel your pre-order after the 30-day period, you will forfeit the deposit amount. The remaining balance (if any) will not be charged.

Pre-Orders with Full Payment Policy

  • By selecting this option, you confirm your commitment to purchase the pre-ordered item and secure it in advance.

2. Paying with PayPal:

  • When paying with PayPal, the full amount will be charged immediately after placing your order.
  • Please be aware that canceling an order paid with PayPal may incur a cancellation fee from PayPal.
  • PayPal charges us for processing the cancellation, and we, in turn, pass that cost on to the customer for canceling the order.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

  • If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • If you cancel your pre-order before the item becomes available for shipping, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • However, if you cancel after the item has become available, the refund will be subject to our standard cancellation policy (please refer to our general cancellation policy for more information).
